We received a warm welcome to the Mill House which provided the ideal place for an extended family get together to join wedding celebrations at a local venue. The accommodation is spacious and very “well appointed” with everything you could need provided. Our family group ranged in age from 3 to 88 years, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Along with a pool table, sauna and hot tub facilities in the Mill House accommodation there are great facilities on the site. The children particularly enjoyed the playbarn and play area facilities, and getting to know the chickens.
Our 3rd visit, this year we only had 18 so booked the Mill House and The Granary next door.
Just as good as previous years with great all ensuite accommodation and no one gets a bad room. Plenty of seating for the whole group to join together along with plenty of plates and cutlery for both groups to use tha Mill House.
2 dishwashers are a bonus for big numbers too!
Robert was on hand to sort out any problems but there wasn’t anything major wrong anyway.
We prebooked the local pub at Coedway and used their own minibus to transport us all there and back as usual. Very handy so everyone gets a drink and doesn’t have to drive,
Collecting your own eggs from the resident chickens was enjoyed a lot too.
Hot tubs and pool table, games room and newspapers , everything is thought of. Thank you
From the moment we stepped inside the Bull Barn we knew we had made a good decision. We felt at home. I thoroughly recommend the cottages to anyone wishing to visit Shropshire – a lovely county.
Margaret - November 2017All our needs are catered for in this lovely property. As a family with 3 young children, it’s perfect from our point of view with early rising kids. The cottage is luxurious, spacious, well maintained, well equipped and clean. The play barns and hot tub provide an added bonus. Plenty to do in the area without too much driving. We have stayed in the granary twice as a family and in the mill house once as a larger group. Would highly recommend.

We’ve stayed in a fair few holiday cottages both with Sykes and Hoseasons and the bull barn is the best property with the best amenities by far.
this property was ideal for two with plenty of space and a fantastic hot tub. The rest of the property’s facilities were high quality and the other amenities on site added to the overall good impression and excellent value for money.
Malcom - July 2017We have just spent a wonderful week in the beautifully converted and well equipped Bull Barn. It is in an excellent location and we all thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area and all there is to see. Both Robert and Julie were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub was amazing and so private it was just the place to lounge with a glass of wine after returning from our travels each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stunning property.
