We received a warm welcome to the Mill House which provided the ideal place for an extended family get together to join wedding celebrations at a local venue. The accommodation is spacious and very “well appointed” with everything you could need provided. Our family group ranged in age from 3 to 88 years, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Along with a pool table, sauna and hot tub facilities in the Mill House accommodation there are great facilities on the site. The children particularly enjoyed the playbarn and play area facilities, and getting to know the chickens.
Everything was fantastic thank you.
Right from when we pulled up the welcome was warm and friendly, the house was incredible and the facilities great for the wee ones and the older ones alike.

Fourth visit - April 2017Eve have had a great stay, First class accommodation and a wonderful hot tub, great after a days walking. The day before we travelled down Julie texted and effectively gave us a another days holiday
Ronnie & maureen - April 2017This is our third visit to Upper House Farm cottages staying in the six bedroom Mill House. Our previous visits have been with couples but this time as a family we took 2 children aged 9 and 4. We could not have had a better weekend with great weather, fabulous accommodation, super location, and plenty to keep the children entertained in both the play barns. Not once did we have a long face of boredom from our 9 year old nephew or a tantrum from our 4 year old granddaughter as they were perfectly happy and can’t wait to go back. The Millhouse has everything we needed to enjoy a great celebration and the large hot tub is always a bonus. We are always made welcome by everyone there and nothing is too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone for a great place to stay at any time of the year.
Butler - March 2017This wasn’t our first stay, we came back again as we loved it so much!
The house is well equipped and spacious.
The hot tub is amazing and the largest we have had in this size accommodation.
The buildings next door were fully occupied bit we didn’t hear a thing from them.
Lovely little welcome basket when you arrive and plenty for the kids to do in the on site activity rooms.
Shrewsbury is only a short ride away and has plenty to offer with cobbled streets and tiny shops.
We will be back a third time no doubt!
